Tamaté, one multitalented Ghanaian artiste has released his newest single, ‘Fears’.
Fears reflects the uncertainties associated with making decisions daily in life. The song echoes louder than the voices in and around our heads; voices that threaten to stop us from doing the things we believe in.
An ardent fan of musical icons such as Beyoncé and Rihanna, Tamaté is a singer/songwriter who grew up with a musical spine. From church choirs to high school bands, his voice traveled along with his words, all the while keeping the desire to create music of his own.
Working with Nyinkyim, a popular musical group, Tamaté discovered another level of music that influenced his music genre and took his music to another level. “Fears” joins other ear-worthy songs released by this singer in earlier years. His songs revolve around finding and losing love (Home), the promise of finality in reaching one’s dreams (I Pray), and breaking free from the confines of societal pressures and expectations (Dollhouse).
