So, if you’ve been following Blxckie, you know he’s been making waves with his unique style and amazing vocals. From South Africa to the world stage, his music has been making heads turn. But it seems like Blxckie is about to take things to a new level.

The wait might just be over sooner than you think. While he might not have been dropping tracks as frequently as he did back in 2021 and 2022, it’s clear that the award-winning rapper is setting the stage for a massive international breakthrough.

The 23-year-old sensation has been on the move, splitting his time between the vibrant city of Johannesburg and the dazzling lights of Los Angeles and he’s been cooking up something extraordinary. The most recent studio partner caught on camera with the South African superstar is none other than the Grammy-nominated rap icon, the one and only Wale.

Blxckie and Wale side by side in the studio, pouring their creative energies into what’s sure to be an unforgettable musical experience. The photos show them vibing together, and laying down what seems to be some fire bars. The energy between these two is off the charts, and we can’t help but wonder what kind of musical magic they’re working on.

Blxckie has been collaborating with an array of international talents, and the excitement is off the charts as we await the drop of his highly anticipated upcoming project. Earlier in the year, the Durban rapper shared an image vibing in the studio in Los Angeles with Canadian singer-songwriter Nelly Furtado.

Following his billing for a European tour alongside the Dreamville rap duo, Earthgang, in November and December, Blxckie’s international presence has gained momentum. The rapper also appeared on EarthGang’s new deluxe album for GHETTO GODS.

Anticipation mounts as it’s revealed that Earthgang will also make appearances on Blxckie’s upcoming album.

Adding to the intrigue, rumors swirl that Bas, a J. Cole protégé and fellow Dreamville star, may have collaborated with Blxckie on fresh tracks during the latter’s recent visit to South Africa.

Undoubtedly, Blxckie stands tall as one of the continent’s premier rap talents. His rise to prominence culminated in a significant accolade at the annual MTV Base Hottest MCs awards, where he seized the coveted top position, surpassing notable figures like Nasty C and A-Reece, and cementing his status as one of Mzansi’s finest rappers.
