Nigerian singer Aituaje Iruobe known worldwide as Waje has announced the release date of her impending studio album ‘WAJE 2.0’.
She took to her official Instagram page yesterday July 11 to announce that her new studio album titled ‘Waje 2.0’ is scheduled for release on the 22nd of July 2022.
She posted with the caption:
“A new me is emerging and I am totally embracing it all! Fierce, Intentional, Fit, Stronger, Wholly refreshed with a voice like you’ve never heard it before. WAJE 2.0 ALBUM OUT 22-7-22″
The singer first gained recognition after featuring on the remake of P-Square’s ‘Omoge Mi’. She also featured on the duo’s 2008 hit track ‘Do Me’.
This will be the musician’s third studio album, having released ‘W.A.J.E’ in 2013 and ‘Red Velvet’ in 2018. This announcement is a follow-up on ‘Vibes’, her debut song of the year featuring Nigerian rapper Falz. It currently has over 169K views on YouTube.
