Ghanaian reggae-dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr popularly known as, Shatta Wale has finally revealed the release date for his much-anticipated album, G.O.G (Gift of God).
The award-winning musician rendered an exciting performance at the SummerStage Festival on Saturday, August 13, 2022, and announced the album release date during his performance.
The Shatta Movement boss announced that the ‘Gift Of God’ album which happens to be his 5th studio album will be released officially on October 17, 2022. Shatta Wale however announced his retirement from music after this album.
On Friday, November 19, 2021, the musician released a 4-track project tagged, ‘G.O.G Chaff’.
These are songs that did not make the main album and they include; ‘I Pray, ‘Cool Down’, ‘Love Is A Medicine’, and ‘Maya’. Fans and music lovers are already hyped and anticipating this project.
