African Rap Heavyweights Sarkodie and M.I Agree to Face Off in a Battle

Sarkodie M.I Abaga

African rap heavyweights Sarkodie and M.I have agreed to face off in a rap battle for a cash prize of $200,000 US dollars.

This happened when Sarkodie was on an Instagram Live Chat with Nigerian entrepreneur Ubi Franklin where they discussed several pertinent issues surrounding the music industry, business, and society in general. Sarkodie has been in a lyrical cross-fire lately, having to clap back at rivals with freestyle joint “Sub-Zero”.

Ubi Franklin asked Sarkodie if he would be ready to battle out any artiste for a reasonable amount.

Sarkodie quickly responded that all he needs is the money hitting his account and he would then call the engineer for the beat to battle out anyone.

Nigerian rapper M.I who seems to have all along wanted to battle out Sarkodie quickly accepted the challenge as Sarkodie also agreed to battle him.
