Rocky Dawuni to Participate in UN’s Climate Week

Beats Of ZionĀ artist, Rocky Dawuni is set to rock the UN General Assembly Week in New York City with his blend of music and activism.

Rocky Dawuni, who is also a UN Goodwill Ambassador for the Environment for Africa, is scheduled to participate in various high-level events alongside World leaders and activists during the UN Climate Week.

The Ghanaian Reggae artist will be highlighting the urgency for global action on climate and environment at the UN Climate Week from the 24th-30th of September. His performance will wrap up a week of activities at the United Nations highlighting the urgent need to act on climate change.

Rocky Dawuni will also be participating in the Global Landscapes Forum (GLF) on September 28.

GLF New York will be attended by 700 climates, Indigenous and youth leaders, environmental activists and musicians who will demarcate vital restoration strategies in preparation for the launch of the U.N. Decade of Ecosystem Restoration (2021-2030).
