Ghana’s Black Sherif to Perform at Afro Nation in Portugal

Young Ghanaian rising rapper Black Sherif is set to perform at this year’s Afro Nation Music Festival in Portugal.

Black Sherif is one of the artistes who has been booked this year alongside Chris Brown, Popcaan, Davido and Burna Boy.

The rising star will be joined by R2Bees, a Tema-based duo comprising Mugeez and Omar Sterling as the only Ghanaians to participate in this year’s festival in Portugal.

The Kwaku The Traveller hitmaker originally known as Mohammed Ismail Sherif was revealed as one of the performing acts in a post on Afro Nation’s Instagram page. This year’s festival in Portugal is scheduled for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd July 2022.

The news of Black Sherif’s call-up shows how fast he has risen in the Ghanaian music scene.
