South African amapiano powerhouse Major League DJz have shared what their label family looks like.
Early this year in March, the duo signed a major record deal with Atlantic Records thus becoming the first amapiano group to join an International label.
After the release of visuals for Straata earlier this year, the group has been busy and this post is just a sneak peek into their current status. The video shows photos of fellow label mates like Ed Sheeran, Cardi B, Roddy Ricch, the late Nipsey Hussle and Young Thug.
They captioned the tweet by saying:
“Atlantic Records …amongst the best of the bests…. Dreams truly come true“
In related news, Major League DJz has just been featured on an Amapiano remix of the hit single, Velletjes, originally written by Rich2Gether – a hip-hop collective from Amsterdam. The group which embodies the sound of Amsterdam has BKO, Blow, Johnny and Johrrmountain as its main artists.
Ghanaian-born pan-African artist and entrepreneur Smallgod is also featured on the remix.
