Okyeame Kwame ft Naomi and Oko (Wulomei) – Kpa
Hiplife veteran Okyeame Kwame creates a new hybrid sound composed of his trademark contemporary rap style and traditional Ga music. “Kpa” is a feel-good traditional highlife jam featuring Naomi and Oko of the Wulomei Band. The song happens to be the fourth single off Okyeame Kwame’s critically acclaimed “Made In Ghana” album.
D-Black – Lowkey Vibes
Black Avenue Muzik boss D-Black recruits former label signee Dahlin Gage and La Meme Gang’s Darkovibes on newly released “Low Key Vibes”. Production credit on the laid-back afro-infused tune goes to Kuvie.
E.L ft Blackway – Moses
Award-winning Ghanaian songwriter, producer and performer – E.L marked his birthday yesterday with the release of a 3-track hip-hop tape titled “Leaks 1” featuring the likes of Kwame Dame, Yung Pabi, Blackway, Tradey and Dr. Laylow. Our pick off the project is the track “Moses” which features US-based Ghanaian rapper Blackway.
Bryan The Mensah ft Ko-Jo Cue – Big Money
Bryan The Mensah finally delivers his second EP of the calendar year, a 7-track thematic project focused mainly on themes surrounding the day-to-day hustle and securing the bag titled “Not Going Outside”. A sequel to earlier released “I Don’t Feel Like Going Outside”. Our pick off the project is track 1 titled “Big Money”, featuring Bbnz wordsmith Ko-Jo Cue.
Chase Forever – Jealousy
Sensational R&B singer returns from musical hiatus with a newly released tape titled “Exclusive 2 Friends and Family”. Mid-tempo Afropop cut “Jealousy” is the fourth single on the 5-track compilation project.
Shatta Wale – Where I Come From
African Dancehall King Shatta Wale keeps pace with his unmatched consistency as he outdoors a new single titled “Where I Come From”. The euphonious Afro-fusion jam was produced by Beatz Vampire, and sees Shatta Wale pay homage to his roots.
Bosom P-Yung – Daa (Freestyle)
Viral trap-star Bosom P-Yung keeps up the buzz going with consistent releases, outdooring the new single “Daa” (Freestyle), ably produced by MOG. The catchy motivational jam is an earworm!
Camidoh – Hot Pursuit
Gifted vocalist Camidoh keeps building anticipation towards the release of his debut compilation project dubbed “Contingency Plan”. The NekTunez-produced “Hot Pursuit” happens to be the second lead single off the impending project hot on the heels of earlier released “Maria”.
Kirani Ayat – I Know
Kirani Ayat makes a return collaborating with urban fashion movement Free The Youth on Afro-trap banger “I Know”. Kirani Ayat and Free The Youth have described the Kayso-produced track as “a progressive audio statement for the development of youth culture in Africa!”
Knii Lante – Mi Naa Bo Po
Hot on the heels of previously released “I Just Want To“, supremely talented Ghanaian vocalist and songwriter, Knii Lante hits us with yet another Afro-pop tune “Mi Naa Bo Po”. Combining with ace producer Genius Selections, “Mi Naa Bo Po” is a jam!
