Tiwa Savage, Africa’s number one Bad Girl has no intention of slowing down or losing her crown as one of Africa’s most successful and influential singer-songwriters as she dominates the music scene yet again, with the release of two new singles, ‘Attention’ and ‘Owo Mi Da’, following the successful release of 49-99, the first single released under Universal Music Group.

Produced by Blaqjerzee, the slow rhythmic love song sees the songstress talk about not receiving quality time, love and attention from her lover as well as being subject to broken promises and witnessing a switch-up in the relationship. “Enough of your promises, you say you’re going to make it up to me, but you keep getting worse”. A narrative that is bound to resonate with her female fans.

Tiwa Savage joins forces with Pheelz on ‘Owo Mi Da’,  a sharp contrast to the slow rhythm of ‘Attention’. Upbeat and energetic, backed by heavy percussions, Tiwa chants in the chorus  “Owo Mi Da ” as she warns “Mr Lavida, make we no get wahala” in her fiery tone which reminds us that she is indeed not to be messed with sonically and financially.
