The Soundcity MVP Awards 2020

The 4th installment of the Soundcity MVP Award Festival took place at Eko Hotel, Lagos. We witnessed awesome performances delivered by a roster of top-notch African artistes such as Davido, Diamond Platnumz, Tekno and Tiwa Savage among others.

New Breakthrough acts Joeboy and Rema also graced the stage with other top entertainment celebrities. South Africa’s Bonang Matheba, did an amazing job hosting the event with help from the eloquent and gifted awards presenters.

Rema stood out from his peers by winning the “Best New MVP” award. The Grammy-nominated Burna Boy took home the most awards of the night.

Ghana’s DopeNation won the award for “Best Duo” making them the only Ghanaian award winners of the night.
