Nigerian singer-songwriter, Divine Ikubor, known worldwide as Rema, has hit another career milestone with his hit record ‘Calm Down’.
The ‘Calm Down’ video which was released on Friday, 11th February 2022 has surpassed 70 million views on YouTube within 4 months of its release. This feat makes it the fastest Nigerian music video to achieve such a feat.
‘Calm Down’ is track 4 on Rema’s 16-track debut album titled ‘Rave & Roses‘.
‘Rave & Roses’ returned to the number one position on the Spotify Nigeria Weekly Album Chart making a total tally of nine weeks, which is the highest for any artiste since the introduction of the Spotify Nigeria chart in 2022.
The music video for ‘Calm Down’ is currently number 11 on YouTube trending videos in Nigeria and also occupies the 95th position on YouTube’s global top music video charts.
