Viral Sensation, Mizzle Releases “Smile For You” Featuring Oxlade

Mizzle showcases his dynamic vocal range and production dexterity on the self-produced “Smile For You”, the lead single from his forthcoming EP, “In The Dark”.

The artiste who partook in Mr Eazi’s Empawa 30 partners with Afro-Pop Prince, Oxlade to serenade ladies with this sweet and sensual love song. This mid-tempo summer jam rocks with punchy percussion whilst resting on a sublime bass line. Mizzle and Oxlade give us the perfect blend of Afrobeats and R&B by combining English and Pidgin with cascading ad-libs and smooth harmonies.

When describing the creation process, Mizzle said: “Smile For You” was initially written about overwhelming love for a woman, but through the lens of Afro-Pop Star, Oxlade. I released it on Tik Tok as the first episode of my ‘How To Series’ where I create songs in the style of popular Afrobeats Artistes, my Oxlade impression video blew up and facilitated this unexpected collaboration.”

With “Smile For You”, Mizzle proves that he has a knack for sweet storytelling. The Lagos-born and bred singer, songwriter and producer is ready to take the world by storm. This catchy and fun tune is just the start!
