Bisa Kdei and Gyakie

Ghanaian singer, songwriter and ‘Never Like This‘ hitmaker, Gyakie is gearing up to release a new song which is anticipated to add up to her Discography. The song titled ‘Sor Mi Mu’ which features multiple-hitmaker, Bisa Kdei is slated for release on February, 9, 2020.

Produced by iPappi (Stonebwoy – ‘Ololo’ and more, Ko-Jo Cue, Broni etc.), ‘Sor Mi Mu’ is predicted by many to be another banger from Gyakie. The song tells a story of love. Gyakie tells her lover how much she’s fallen and further goes on to tell him to embrace her and never let go.

On a phone conversation with Gyakie’, she said ”Fans should expect nothing less than a story with great lyrical content and soothing sounds. I’m also working on a project with amazing features as well, so my fans (Gyakie Chans) should stay put and never let go of me”.

Jackeline Acheampong stage named Gyakie, in February 2019, released her first single titled ‘Love Is Pretty’ and after just a few months, she released her single known as ‘Never Like This’, her most successful piece of work to date. Gyakie is a talented singer-songwriter whose transparency makes it clear that she draws her artistic inspiration from genuine moments of extreme emotion and experiences of people around her. Gyakie believes that African music is a global sound and wants to use her ability to write and also sing as a way to help shape the culture and show it’s versatility.
