Bas Celebrates African Roots with “Amnesia” Visuals

Bas Amnesia

Queens rapper Bas serves visuals to afro-infused single “Amnesia” off his “Spilled Milk Vol. 1” project.

The French-born, New York-raised, Sudanese rapper reconnects with his African roots on “Amnesia” as the autotune heavy record combines a hybrid of diverse African sounds with Caribbean undertones.

The DJ Moma produced record sees the wordsmith link up with fellow Dreamville songstress Ari Lennox and Nigeria’s KIDDOMINANT.

Directed by Tajana Tokyo, Bas describes the picturesque music video as a celebration of pan-Africanism.
