Hailing from Benin City, Nigeria, and now based in Lagos, NERRY is a rising star known for his mastery of fusing afrobeats and hip-hop. Raised by his grandmother in a Christian home, NERRY discovered his passion for music in the church choir.
His creative journey was further influenced by hip-hop-loving uncles and a supportive friend who encouraged him to pursue his artistry.
After launching his career in Abuja with Kuraye and releasing his debut project, ‘Extraordinerry EP’, NERRY’s track ‘Go Get It’ with Aabiola earned recognition on Apple Music’s African Hip-Hop playlist, solidifying his commitment to his roots.
