Davido’s “Fall” Now Certified Gold in the USA & Canada

Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido’s 2017 released record “Fall” goes gold in the USA – the first afrobeat record to do so.

Just a couple of days ago, the hit single was certified Gold in Canada. The single has now gone Gold in the USA.

Davido confirmed the story via microblogging site Twitter.

Produced by Kiddominant, the song which is the most streamed video in Africa with 168 Million views on Youtube, set yet another record by being the first Afrobeat song to go Gold in USA.

Davido recently announced a 2020 album scheduled for release in July. Borrowing inspiration from his previously released album, this body of work will be titled, “A Better Time”.
