Love is one unpredictable emotion, it can be beautiful but sad and even painful. Even more painful when it is unrequited. In Supa Gaeta’s new single, he and rapper Ko-Jo Cue discuss the pain of unrequited love.

From describing how he affectionately displays his emotions to the love of his life, but she is unresponsive. Supa Gaeta is however unwavering and pursues his love interest, even if it is to his own detriment.

“This is something many young boys go through, Even I am currently going through,” says the musician, “It’s fine to display both your highs and lows. How else will you grow?”

In this single, Supa Gaeta drifts from his rap and hip-hop persona, to deliver a softer side on an Afrobeats production by David Acekeys. Supported by Kojo Cue, the message of unnerving love is preached.

Born Nana Aggrey, Supa Gaeta is a Ghanaian musician and producer with interest in Afropop, Afro Beats, Dancehall and Hip-hop genres. His work with Ghanaian musicians Magnom, Gemini, Ko-Jo Cue, Paq, Haywaya, Kuvie, and others have helped him craft his own unique style and built unique showmanship, making him an artist to look out for it.
