Nigerian singer Douglas Agu aka Runtown has entered into the tiny list of Nigerian artists with over 100 million views on YouTube for their music videos.
Nigerian singers are beginning to stretch their reach on YouTube with the recent milestones in streaming numbers. Starting from Davido, a few more singers have hit 100 million views on a single music video for their respective songs.
Runtown is the latest member of the 100 million leagues. The former Eric Many singer monster hit ‘Mad Over You‘ became his most viewed music video with over 100 million streams.
Mad Over You’ was released in late 2017 under Eric Many Entertainment while Runtown was still under the imprint. He joins the like of Davido, Yemi Alade, Sinach, Tekno who have crossed this milestone on YouTube.
