Jayblu Ovie Shares His Debut EP “From Blu To You”

Jayblu Ovie

Fast rising Afro-fusion artist, Jayblu Ovie is back on the airwaves with a new EP titled “From Blu To You“.

With his last track, “Woman”, released in 2020, Jayblu is set to take over playlists and hearts with his Afro-fusion EP warmly titled “From Blu To You”. On “From Blu To You”, Jayblu tests new waters, taking a sharp turn from his old sound to explore a new range of diverse and beautiful sounds.

Featured on CDQ’s “Kosere”, Jayblu is no stranger to making great music, and he’s primed to prove his mettle again with From Blu To You. Boasting sure chart-toppers like “Odo” and “Pull Up”, “From Blu To You” appears to be aiming to be the romance soundtrack of the second half of 2021 and Jayblu has the quality of work to back this goal up.

With From Blu To You, Jayblu shows himself to be a multi-layered artiste, introducing a fresh vibe on his music journey. Jayblu leans heavily into his romantic side, crafting soulful lines aimed at communicating the extent of his affection for his unnamed love. On “Odo”, JayBlu expresses his honest intentions to love the titular “Odo”, begging her to come into his life. With the more upbeat “Consider, Jayblu appeals again to his love to consider loving him back, as she’s the only one he loves and is interested in loving. For “Tell Me”, Jayblu collaborates with female artiste “Tari” to tell a story of love and romance.

For “From Blu To You”, Jayblu Ovie enlists the genius of young producers Timbun and Baman to deliver music that will undoubtedly be beloved by many fans, even years after release. Mixing and Mastering for this project was carried out by Marqai Mix and Sweet. The EP is executive produced by Jayblu Ovie and Ini “TXT” Baderinwa.
