Nigerian new age artiste Adedamola Adefolahan popularly known as Fireboy DML delivers music video for the third single off the tracklist of his debut album “Laughter, Tears & Goosebumps”.
The singer-songwriter shot into prominence with hit single “Jealous” upon getting signed on YBNL Records in the latter part of 2018.
Scatter is undoubtedly a song for the dancefloor. It can be described as afro-house as it seamlessly blends elements of afrobeat and house music.
The Clarence-Peters directed video accurately captures the tumultuous party mood of the song, and sees Fireboy caught in parallel Universes. The rollercoaster ride of a video opens in post-apocalyptic Lagos and ends with Fireboy assuming the role of Batman’s arch-nemesis “The Joker”. Yes, it is a movie!
