Explosive South African artiste, Busiswa, has been revealed as one of the co-hosts of the new Afro-dance show on MTV Base Africa, DANCE Nation.
The show which was launched last Friday seeks to celebrate youthful culture and throw a major spotlight on the vibrant Afro-house dance and music culture.
Busiswa said, “I am so excited to be a part of Dance Nation season one. As an artist, I know how important it is to showcase fresh undiscovered talent to the world. This kind of TV viewing allows dancers, artists and creatives alike in the business of entertainment to draw ideas and inspiration for their body of work. I am on the show to further encourage our youth to believe in their talents and use them to create a better world. Dance and arts are a medicine to the people.”
The show airs every Friday at 17.30 CAT (Central African Time) for 30 minutes, with eight episodes laced with gqom and amapiano listings. Ace choreographer Sne Mbatha, and reality show star and Miss Party are co-hosts of the show.
