In a recent tweet, one of South Africa’s critically acclaimed rappers, Emtee revealed his favorite rapper.
He declared Linda Mkhize, popularly known as Pro (or ProKid), as his favorite. Pro, who doubled as a hip-hop producer, sadly passed away in 2018 due to a severe seizure.
After a tweet by “@Rich_Mahog” which said, “People don’t know that Pro rapped the exact same way he spoke. He didn’t think up punchlines, he lived them“, Emtee quoted his tweet saying:
“My favourite rapper”.
The 2022 Global Music Awards Africa “hip-hop artist of the year”, released his third studio album titled, LOGAN in April last year.
