1. King Promise – Run To You (ft Vic Mensa & Chance The Rapper)
Ghanaian highlife and afrobeats singer, King Promise has released a new song titled ‘Run To You’ which features American rapper Chance The Rapper and Ghanaian-American rapper, Vic Mensa. On the Killbeatz and Guiltybeatz produced song, King Promise sings a soulful chorus about appreciating and wanting to be there for his lover who he misses dearly. The two rappers delivered incisive flows whiles sticking to the theme of the song. ‘Run To You’ is the last song off King Promise’s new sophomore album titled ‘5 Star’. The 15-track body of work has guest appearances from Frenna, Headie One, Patoranking, Stonebwoy, Omah Lay, and many others.
2. Kwesi Arthur ft Kofi Mole – Nirvana
Talented Ghanaian rapper and singer, Kwesi Arthur is out with a new record titled “Nirvana” featuring fellow Ghanaian rapper, Kofi Mole. The new hip hop tune is a follow-up to his debut album, ‘Son Of Jacob’. This Juiczxx-produced song has a nice ring to it, it carries a sense of empowerment and determination to keep going till you reach the top.
3. Gyakie ft Davido – Flames
Ghanaian music diva, Gyakie has released a new song titled ‘Flames’ which features Nigerian superstar, Davido. The two musicians delivered remarkable verses on the song. The song is off Gyakie’s sophomore extended playlist tagged, ‘My Diary’ and serves as the fourth track on the 6-track project. Gyakie’s ‘My Dairy’ EP depicts how the musician’s craft has developed in recent times.
4. Reggie & O’Kenneth ft Kelvin S – Pray 4 Me
Asakaa rappers, O’Kenneth and Reggie are out with a brand new single titled “Pray 4 Me” featuring Kelvin S. This song is off their new joint EP titled “Straight Outta Kumerica 2”. The first edition of this EP was released back in 2020 and it contained 6 tracks, the second edition however contains 9 tracks and has guest appearances from label mates, Jay Bahd, Chicogod, Kwaku DMC, Braabenk, City Boy, Kelvin S and others.
5. Eugy – Enough For Me
Ghanaian-British singer, Eugy has added another masterpiece to his already admirable discography titled ‘Enough For Me.’ The song is a follow up to his most recent single, ‘Sweetie Pie’ and the musician is showing no signs of slowing down this year. ‘Enough For Me’ talks about appreciating the beauty and love of his lover. It was produced by Hila Boi and deserves to be on your weekend playlist.
