Unorthodox Reviews was created by Unorthodox Media on 18th April 2016and has grown steadily ever since, now being a force to be reckoned with in terms of African arts and entertainment.
We are widely known for our unorthodox style of writing reviews on Afrobeats, Hip-hop, Alté, Amapiano and African music.
Our blog was developed as a service to our followers to inform them about new Ghana Music, Nigerian Music, South, East & Central African Music. We review music videos, interview great musicians as well as write album reviews.
Our vision is to be the go-to African music blog bridging the gap between the mainstream and the not-so-mainstream.
