Nasty C and Emtee are all set for an Instagram Live face-off set for the 16th of April, Thursday night (tonight) at 10 PM (SAST).

Instagram’s Live feature has perhaps never been as relevant it is now. Amid the coronavirus pandemic, the consumption of entertainment content is undergoing a revolution. The platform has made it possible for entertainers to interact with their fans, and provide a live experience, whilst observing a social distance. Instagram live interviews, battles and even concerts have now become a norm, at least for as long as this crisis persists.

The face-off is presented by South African producers Gemini Major and Tweezy who previously faced-off, dubbed: “The Revolution of HipHop”.

This won’t be the first on the African music scene as Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie initiated a battle series #BehindDaHitz which saw some of Ghana’s elite producers face off.
