New York City based Dominican artist Makleen makes a striking return with ‘DUALIDAD’, his latest album released on 20 December 2025, marking a powerful new chapter after a long hiatus.
Born in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic, and now rooted in New York, Makleen is a singer, rapper, and producer whose journey has been shaped by both Caribbean heritage and urban diaspora life.
He began his musical path in 2007 as part of Flow Magic Company under the mentorship of BS El Ideólogo, later emerging as a solo act known for blending Latin trap, reggaeton, and R&B.
Over the years, his music has reflected love, heartbreak, street realities, and cultural identity, earning him recognition on major New York stages and streaming milestones along the way.
