J Molley’s manager alleges that the South African Hip Hop community is failing to notice his artiste because he is white.
J Molley’s manager- Nav Albers complains about the lineup for the soon to be released Tweezy hosted SABC 1 Hip hop show featuring a new generation of South African hip-hop artistes. Nav Albers spoke about his issues with the lineup on Twitter saying that the show has overlooked some very obvious artistes naming J Molley and Lethabo Acid. He added that he understood them leaving out J Molley because he is a white rapper but not Lethabo Acid.
Niggas made a show about the new generation of SA hiphop & you don’t see J Molley or Lethabo Acid’s face once. People really don’t know who started all this shit & inspired these kids & it’s so sad, J Molley’s white so it’s expected, but Lethabo? Long Live Treehouse I guess.
