Billboard Recognizes Stonebwoy’s Contributions Towards Sizzla Kalonji’s Chart-Topping Album “Welcome to Judgement Yard” Album

Multiple award-winning Ghanaian Reggae-Dancehall artist Stonebwoy looks to cap the year on a high as he proudly showed his Billboard Plaque to the world.

This comes shortly after emerging the winner of the AFRIMA Best Artist Duo/Group in African Reggae, Ragga Dancehall Award 2019, marking the record third time he has walked away with that accolade; the last one being won on home soil in 2018.

The Tuff Seed hitmaker’s latest accolade from Billboard is in recognition of his contributions towards Sizzla Kalonji’s 2017 chart-topping album “Welcome to Judgement Yard” album. Stonebwoy was featured on the track “Shoot Yuh” off the project.

The album did incredible numbers, peaking at number 2 (October 14, 2017) on the  Reggae Albums Chart and spent 15 weeks on the chart hence the acknowledgment.

In a video posted by the ‘Ololo’ hitmaker on his Instagram account, Stonebwoy could not hide his excitement as he displayed the plaque and dedicated it to Ghana, Jamaica and the continent of Africa as a whole.
